Volunteer
No Commitment Needed
Are you short on time, but looking to add more volunteering in your life? Copper Terrace might be the perfect fit for you. With no strict time requirement, even one hour a week can make a significant change in the lives of our staff and residents. The only requirements are friendliness, openness, and empathy for our guests. What may seem like a short amount of time and effort to you can make a world of difference for our guests. You can help awaken memories, create new ones, and learn from a wise, but often forgotten, demographic in our society. In turn, you’ll get an enriching experience talking with interesting individuals and helping support the community.
Opportunities with Copper Terrace:
Telephone or stop in to see the Volunteer Coordinator to begin the application process. A Police Services Screening will need to be completed before beginning volunteering. You will then be contacted to set up an orientation to discuss what your preferences are and where we need volunteers. All your questions can be answered at that time and you will be on your way to becoming an important part of the Copper Terrace team.
